Items

The Item Table records all the entities which will be managed by the system. Several item types are available (Manufactured, Purchased, Phantom, Not stored).

Numerous parameters can be used to taylor the way the items are managed.

Bills of Materials

Bills of Materials are described by defining links between each parent item ans its components.

All up and down queries are available.

It is possible to follow the evolution of the product structure in time using effective dates on links.

Clear graphics enable to visualize BOMs created.

Plant Resources

This function is used to describe the plant resources in terms of production capability and capacity.

Several types of Work Centers are available: finite capacity, unfinite capacity, multiple work stations, sub-contracting work center.

Work Centers can be grouped by workshop.

At the Advanced Level, it is possible to manage labor by qualification.

Routings

Routings decribe production processes.

Machine and labor standard times are recorded.

You can follow changes in processes with routing revisions.
